TowFlow Performance Up Pipes

Customers have dyno'd 20-34 hp increases with these and picked up a tenth in ET. They do not have an EGR feed. They are recommended  for off road use. They have faster spool up and lower egt's also and work with the OEM or the BD manifolds.   We can ceramic coat these also for improved performance and lower underhood temps.

CastFlow Manifolds & Up Pipes

This is the CastFlow series manifolds and up pipes. Expect greater hp, quicker spool up, and lower egts with these. They come with 2" up pipes. They do not have an EGR provision and are off road / race use only.   We can ceramic coat them also. That improves performance a little and drops underhood temps.

ProFlow Log Headers & Up Pipes

Welcome to the ProFlow series. They are 11 gauge stainless steel (ss) with mild steel (ms) flanges. They flow slightly better than the CastFlow and will make more HP. They can also be ceramic coated to improve performance and reduce under hood temps. Customers have reported picking up 2 1/2 tenths by just bolting these on!!

LBZ mouthpiece on a LLY install kit

This is an install kit to put the better flowing Duramax LBZ and newer mouthpiece ( GM PART # 98011738 ) on the 04.5 - 05 LLY. Unlike cutting and adapting the LLY tube, this makes the system a true 4" intake and requires no ECM recalibration. It comes with an aluminum tube and two automotive couplers. Drive-ability is improved as well as quicker spool up. The tube can be polished, coated, or painted as needed.

This kit adds an amazing 35% increase in airflow over the stock LLY components!

Does not include the LBZ mouthpiece.

This is my LLY EGR delete tube for racing. It has a 1/8" threaded port for a boost gauge or NOS install. These are made from stainless steel and steel and can be coated or painted as needed.

LB7 ProFlow Air Horn

This air horn kit is mild steel and a huge 3 1/2" in diameter. Testers have reported more turbo sound, faster spoolup, and more boost!! Independant dyno tests have shown 15 Hp!!

Some minor modification to the wiring loom may be needed to make it fit.

This all 3" bridge & tube kit will flow what you need on the LLY! It includes a port for your boost gauge. The OEM bridge is opened up inside and a flow divertor welded in for better flow. It also deletes the EGR so it's Off Road Only & best when used with a 3" boost tube.

EGR blocker plate

Blocker plate to disable the EGR while leaving the system visually intact. Perfect for testing and/or racing. Normally shipped via USPS.

EGR Cap

Blocker cap to disable the EGR while leaving the system visually intact. This one is thicker so that it can be used with non EGR up pipes.  It can also cap the up pipe EGR riser and in some cases support it. Perfect for testing and/or racing. Normally shipped via USPS.
